Harbourline Builders had grown from a two-person operation to a team of eighteen, but their systems hadn't kept up. Quotes were built in spreadsheets, job costs tracked separately, and their outdated website generated enquiries that rarely matched the work they actually wanted. The owner was doing admin most evenings after a full day on-site.

What we did

We implemented job management software connected directly to their accounting platform, eliminating duplicate data entry between quoting, job tracking and invoicing. We then rebuilt their website with a clear, structured enquiry process designed to filter for genuinely suitable projects, connected directly into their new CRM.
