The Lantern Hotel had recently completed a beautiful interior renovation, but the technology hadn't kept pace — patchy Wi-Fi, a booking system that didn't talk to the front desk, and in-room climate control guests found confusing. Guest reviews consistently mentioned the gap between the hotel's presentation and its technology.

What we did

We redesigned the hotel's network from the ground up, separating guest and operational Wi-Fi for both speed and security, and integrated the booking platform directly with the front-desk system. In-room climate and lighting were brought onto a simple, considered automation system that guests could control from one elegant panel.
